Perjanjian Internasional Ketenaganukliran

Infrastruktur yang diperlukan dalam mendukung program pemanfaatan nuklir, sesuai panduan dari Badan Tenaga Atom Internasional (International Atomic Energy Agency/IAEA), antara lain partisipasi pada perjanjian (traktat dan konvensi) internasional ketenaganukliran, yang meliputi Aspek Keselamatan (safety), Keamanan (security), Pengawasan (safeguards), dan Pertanggungjawaban Kerugian (liability). Kesemua aspek ini dicakup dalam apa yang disebut dengan hukum internasional ketenaganukliran (hukum nuklir).

1. Traktat/Konvensi Internasional Tentang Keselamatan Nuklir (safety):
